The word chakra means spinning wheel of energy. We have 7 primary chakra centers that keep us grounded, centered and clear with what our purpose is and how to ride the wave of life with ease. However, life is can bring pain, worthlessness, confusion, fear and a number of other energies that can disturb our chakra energy centers from flowing. They can become blocked, clogged or over giving without receiving. When you come in for a chakra tuneup, I will talk you through the "why" of the disturbance and guide you through unique ways to get each chakra back to a balanced state. Once we have each chakra spinning gracefully, we will expand this energy into your magnetic field. Your magnetic field is just as important as your physical body and connects to each chakra. When we come to a closing of the session, I provide any other messages or tools for you to maintain this peaceful, trusting, and balanced state you have brought yourself back too.
