✨Join me on April 1st 2022 from 5:00pm-6:30pm as I guide you through the changing energies and into a parasympathetic state, where the body can return to its regenerative and natural harmonious state.
✨It’s also bring emotional balance to the areas that have felt heavy, sluggish and weighed down. As we dive into the immersive and tranquil sounds of the gong, crystal singing bowls, chimes, and drums, we will be outside to insure we are fully grounded and connected to Sacred Gaia.
