Meet ​Lauren Barker

Lauren Barker is the founder of Mystical Lightworker and the creator of the Alkaline Alchemy method, an integrative approach to healing that weaves together sound therapy, energy work, plant-based nourishment, and embodied awareness.

From a young age, Lauren experienced heightened intuitive perception, sensing and receiving subtle information beyond what was visible. What once felt like sensitivity eventually revealed itself as insight, and over time became the foundation of her life’s work. Her path led her through deep personal initiations that cultivated compassion, resilience, and a profound understanding of emotional and nervous system healing. Drawn to both science and spirituality, she pursued studies in naturopathic medicine while simultaneously immersing herself in ancient healing traditions.

It was through the integration of Sound Alchemy and the alkaline lifestyle that Lauren experienced one of her most transformative breakthroughs, healing from pancreatitis and reclaiming her vitality. This experience became the catalyst for what is now Mystical Lightworker and Alkaline Alchemy: a grounded, sustainable method of nourishment and nervous system regulation designed to support the body’s innate ability to restore itself.

Today, Lauren serves as a guide, helping clients interpret their experiences, recognize patterns, regulate their nervous systems, and reconnect to their inner wisdom. Her work is not about fixing what is broken, but about creating the conditions where clarity, balance, and embodied strength can naturally emerge and the body can return to its wholesome state of being.
