ceremony. In this two hour event, you'll be guided through a connected breathwork

experience by Chantal, which will be anchored by a potent sound bath led by Lauren, who will

use sacred instruments to help deepen the journey.

Breathwork is one of the most effective and accessible healing tools that we have. It can be

used for everyday clarity and inspiration, as well as for unearthing deep emotional wounds.

Sound Healing is named the healing of our future, and for good reason. The pure high

vibrational instruments resonate deeply with our body, mind, and spirit creating a gateway for
