Full Moon Sound Bath & Heart Breath Meditation

Alaya Love, elder and wisdom keeper and Lauren Barker, sound healer extraordinaire, will be offering this sacred Full Moon event for Santa Barbara Community of light workers, healers, conscious leaders, and all that are drawn to this experience. 

Alaya will guide us through meditation, into connection to Source within, thru the heart breath meditation and Lauren will take us on a sacred sound journey that provides a high vibrational experience and molecular attunements thru the magic of singing bowls, gong, chimes & drums that harmonize body, mind and spirit. 

Bring blankets, water bottles, and anything to keep you comfortable during this journey. Being at the Mission, near the rose garden, we will be able to keep safe distance and bring a mask if you feel more comfortable.
