Sound Bath & Energy Healing

February has been nicer to us as all planets are moving forward without anything "holding us back." We are more supported in our forward momentum that will prepare us for our full blossoming in Spring. This was our call to bring this powerful combo of energy healing and sound therapy.  

When you receive the combination of Reiki and a Sound Bath your body is taken on a journey to enhance deep state of balance and renewal. These two therapeutic modalities help to harmonize the chakra centers and bring the mind into the Theta state. When our brainwaves harmonize to Theta we increase our intuitive connection, reduce stress and invite in creative ways to problem solve and heal our body, mind and spirit. ​

***What to bring***

1. Pillows and blankets to make a cozy nest for yourself.

2. Comfortable clothing so you feel relaxed and comfortable.

3. Your favorite crystals or altar pieces to be blessed up!

4. Mt. Shasta water and tea will be served but you can also bring your own beverage.
