As we dive into our Akashic Records I will guide you on a sound journey to help you dive deeper into your remembrance. During this sound bath we will be sitting up to create a deeper connection to our akashic records. You only need to bring a journal, water, and any special meditation cushion you prefer, otherwise I will be providing cushions.
