When you receive the combination of Reiki and a Sound Bath your body is taken on a journey to enhance deep state of balance and renewal. ***What to bring***

1. Pillows and blankets to make a cozy nest for yourself.

2. Comfortable clothing so you can fully relax and receive.

3. Your favorite crystals or altar pieces to be blessed up!

4. Mt. Shasta water and tea will be served but you can also bring your own beverage.
