As we have landed from the big eclipse season and mercury retrograde in April we are now preparing for big changes to take shape. The dust is settling and the waters are calming. These changes we have been preparing for are asking us to expect the unexpected with a little push into innovation.

The flowers of spring often change colors from blossom to full bloom and you can too! As you receive the combination of frequency healing and Reiki energy work, we will be holding the space for levels of deep reflection and relaxatrion so these new innovative and exciting advetures can take you on a jounrey.

When you receive the combination of Reiki and a Sound Bath your body is able to receive these two therapeutic modalities to assist you in  harmonizing the chakra centers and bring the mind into the Theta state. When our brainwaves harmonize to Theta we increase our intuitive connection, reduce stress, and invite in creative ways to problem solve and heal our body, mind and spirit. ​
